superwoman is a Google Calendar replacement interface with menstrual-cycle planning insights layered into the calendar. You can manage your Google Calendars and events from superwoman while seeing estimated cycle phases and productivity guidance for relevant dates.

You need a Google Account with Google Calendar and Google Contacts, a modern web browser, and basic cycle information such as the start date of your last period and your typical cycle and period lengths. Cycle information can be approximate and updated later.

Public account creation is not open yet. Request early access and we will email you when it becomes available. Once invited, you will continue with Google; Google handles sign-in, and superwoman never receives your Google password.

When early access opens, you will sign in with Google, authorize Google Calendar and read-only Google Contacts access, choose the calendars you want to display, and enter your basic cycle information. superwoman verifies the required permissions before completing onboarding.

No. The initial connection requires Google Calendar read/write access for the calendar experience and read-only Google Contacts access for guest suggestions. superwoman does not edit your address book. If either required permission is missing, onboarding asks you to reconnect before continuing.

superwoman uses the cycle and period lengths and period dates you provide to estimate menstrual, follicular, ovulation, and luteal phases. These estimates are shown on calendar dates and are recalculated when you update your cycle information or period logs.

The app can still provide estimates, but irregular, incomplete, or changing cycle data makes future dates more uncertain. Treat the phase display as planning guidance, log what actually happens, and expect estimates to move as your information changes.

Accuracy varies by person and by the completeness and regularity of the information entered. superwoman does not promise a particular percentage or number of days of accuracy. Predictions are estimates, not observations of hormone levels or a medical assessment.

Yes. You can update your typical cycle and period lengths and create, edit, or remove period logs. Updated information changes future phase estimates and date-based calendar insights.

No. superwoman is a productivity and scheduling tool, not a medical device. Do not use its estimates for contraception, fertility, family-planning, diagnosis, or treatment decisions, and do not delay professional care because of information shown in the app.

With the required read/write permission, superwoman can display and synchronize calendars and events and, at your direction, create, edit, move, repeat, delete, and share calendar information. It can also handle reminders, invitations, attendees, RSVP status, guest permissions, availability, calendar visibility, and Google Meet information.

superwoman is intended to be used instead of the Google Calendar interface. Read access lets it show your real calendars and events; write access lets actions you take in superwoman update Google Calendar. Always review the event, recipients, recurrence scope, permissions, timezone, and conferencing details before saving.

They may. Creating, updating, or cancelling an event with guests can cause Google to send invitation, update, or cancellation messages, depending on the action and Google Calendar behavior. superwoman reports invitation errors it receives, but Google controls final email delivery.

superwoman uses background and incremental synchronization and refreshes data after calendar actions. Most changes should appear after the next successful sync, but there is no fixed sync-time guarantee. Google API delays, connection problems, revoked access, or partial calendar failures can require a retry or reconnection. The app shows sync status and retry controls when attention is needed.

Contacts access is requested with Calendar access during the initial connection and is read-only. superwoman searches your saved contacts and available Google “Other contacts” only when you use guest suggestions. It does not edit, copy, or retain your Google address book.

Yes. You can revoke superwoman from your Google Account. Because Calendar and read-only Contacts permissions are required for the current onboarding flow, the connected experience will stop working until you reconnect and approve the required permissions.

The current direct integration is Google Calendar. Events from another provider may appear only if that provider is already synchronized into a Google Calendar, and behavior may depend on that external setup.

superwoman stores account and preference information, cycle data you provide, synchronized Google Calendar and event information, and the identifiers needed for synchronization and security. When billing is activated, it may also store Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, promotion, referral, and payment-state identifiers. See the Privacy Policy for the complete description.

Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted server-side using Supabase Vault. Browser clients do not have direct table or function access to those credentials. Authenticated server boundaries and Edge Functions use them for Google operations and token refresh.

Yes. superwoman’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only for the user-facing calendar, scheduling, invitation, availability, conferencing, and read-only contact-suggestion features described in our Privacy Policy.

No. superwoman does not sell personal data or use Google or cycle data for advertising. Service providers such as Supabase, Google, Cloudflare, and, when billing is activated, Stripe process limited information needed to provide their parts of the Service.

You can export calendar events in ICS or CSV format. Account deletion is available in Settings and runs on the server with visible progress. It cancels active Stripe billing, attempts to revoke Google access, deletes the authentication account, and removes associated application records. The app reports a failure instead of claiming success if deletion does not finish.

You can access and correct supported information, export supported calendar data, revoke Google access, manage active billing through Stripe, and delete your account. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights. Contact support@superwoman.so for a privacy request.

You can view your schedule, create and update one-off or recurring events, choose calendars, add guests, manage invitations and RSVP details, add reminders and Google Meet information, and delete events. Recurring-event changes let you choose the relevant occurrence or series scope.

superwoman calculates the estimated phase for the event’s date, not just today, and uses that date-specific context for energy and planning guidance. The guidance is optional productivity information and does not change your event automatically.

superwoman does not currently promise app-delivered email or push notifications. Google may send calendar invitation, update, cancellation, RSVP, or reminder messages as a result of Google Calendar actions and settings; those messages are delivered by Google, not by a separate superwoman notification service.

If previously loaded data is available, superwoman provides an honest read-only offline state. Creating, editing, deleting, syncing, or refreshing events requires an internet connection. When a newer app version is available, the update flow asks you to reload.

Yes. You can export supported calendar events as ICS or CSV files from the app. CSV output is protected against spreadsheet-formula injection when opened in common spreadsheet software.

No. superwoman is currently accepting waitlist sign-ups and is not collecting payment. Billing will begin only after access opens and an enabled Stripe Checkout displays the complete purchase terms before payment.

Pricing will be published before live billing begins. The final price, currency, billing interval, trial terms if any, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation details will be shown in the active Stripe Checkout before payment.

When activated, Stripe will handle Checkout, payment methods, subscriptions, invoices, and the Customer Portal. Complete payment-card numbers are entered into Stripe and are not stored by superwoman.

An eligible referred friend receives 20% off their first positive payment. The referrer earns one plan-adjusted free-month credit only after that payment succeeds. A sign-up alone does not complete a referral, and rewards may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or abuse.

No. superwoman referral codes and Stripe promotion codes are separate. They cannot be stacked at Checkout when an automatic referral benefit already applies.

When billing is live, ordinary subscription cancellation will be available through the Stripe Customer Portal and will stop future renewals under the terms shown at Checkout. Account deletion is separate and permanently removes the account while cancelling active billing. Refund eligibility will follow the checkout terms, Stripe processing rules, and applicable consumer law; no fixed refund window is promised before live billing is configured.

superwoman will launch as a responsive web application optimized for desktop and mobile browsers. A separate native iOS or Android app is not currently planned for the initial release. Request early access to be notified when web access opens.

Use a current version of iOS Safari, Android Chrome, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. Keeping the browser updated gives you the best security and compatibility.

Confirm you selected the intended Google Account and approved all requested Calendar and read-only Contacts permissions. Google may let you grant only some requested scopes; superwoman checks the granted permissions and asks you to reconnect if a required permission is missing. You can also review or revoke access in your Google Account.
